Warehouse Operative - Freezer Warehouse, Reading

Join a leading national company as a warehouse operative in a freezer environment. Multiple shifts are available to suit your schedule, offering excellent pay and the chance to develop your career in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Shift Patterns & Pay:

AM Shift: 06:00 - 14:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £14.89/hr
PM Shift: 14:00 - 22:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £16.57/hr
Night Shift: 22:00 - 06:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £17.61/hrKey Responsibilities:

Picking stock accurately using LLOP systems.
Maintaining a pick accuracy rate of 90-100%.
Ensuring orders are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
Collaborating effectively with your team to meet daily targets.
Performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and stock management.Requirements:

Experience using LLOP is an advantage but not essential.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Physically capable of lifting, loading, and carrying items.
