Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a successful, well-established, and growing organisation that is expanding its warehouse team due to internal promotions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that values development and offers long-term career progression.

 As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse. You will be responsible for handling goods, maintaining stock accuracy, and supporting daily operations.

Job type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Suffolk, Framlingham
Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 depending on experience 
Key Responsibilities

Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately
Receiving and storing incoming deliveries
Loading and unloading goods safely
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
Carrying out stock checks and inventory control
Operating warehouse equipment in line with health & safety guidelines 
About You

Previous warehouse experience is preferred
A valid forklift licence is advantageous (but not essential)
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong work ethic and reliable approach
Basic understanding of health & safety procedures
