Warehouse Operatives – Bakery - £14.84 ph
We are seeking dedicated and physically fit Operatives to join our client’s dynamic bakery team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you! We have positions available for candidates who are happy working flexible shifts on days & afters.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working on your feet for extended hours.
* Walking up to 20 miles per shift in a busy production setting.
* Handling and picking food products to high-quality standards.
* Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety regulations.
* Collaborating with team members to meet production targets.
* Working any 4 shifts across 7 days.
Requirements:
* Physical fitness: Able to handle long hours and physical demands of the role.
* Excellent communication skills: Clear and effective communication is essential.
* Clean and presentable appearance: Required for compliance with food safety standards.
* Available for work on any 7 days, happy working days and nights as required.
* A strong commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety in the workplace.
* Previous experience in food production is desirable but not essential.
