Warehouse Operative (Days) | Wirral | Monday–Thursday: 08:00–17:00 | Friday: 08:00–12:30
Up to £25,770 + Benefits
FLT Licence Essential (Reach, Counterbalance, POET Preferred)
Our client is a trusted name in their field, and are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Warehouse Operative to join their operations team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience and a current FLT Licence to become part of a close-knit, supportive team where your contribution directly supports the success of their production and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative:
* Safely and accurately store, handle, and move components to support smooth production scheduling.
* Load and unload deliveries efficiently, ensuring all items are properly stored and recorded.
* Pick, pack, and dispatch finished goods with precision – meeting quality and safety standards.
* Maintain up-to-date, accurate paperwork and follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Conduct regular and methodical stock counts; identify and rectify any stock discrepancies.
* Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, blending, and production to maintain workflow.
* Prioritise safety at all times – for yourself and your team.
What You’ll Need:
* A valid FLT licence (Reach, Counterbalance, POET or equivalent preferred)
* Previous warehouse experience – essential
* A flexible approach to work and a willingness to support colleagues across functions
* Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organised working style
* Ability to work well in a small team and remain calm under pressure
