At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative roles to work with Unipart Logistics in Shinehill Lane, South Littleton, Evesham (WR11 8TS). You will be part of a busy and committed team in a Global Aftermarket Distribution Centre, supporting Jaguar Land Rover's continued growth with parts packing, branded goods operations, and customer support.
Shift Patterns:
Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 16:30
Pay Rates:
Days: £12.77 per hour
Overtime (weekday): £16.60 per hour
Overtime (weekend): £25.54 per hour
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write basic English
Ability to follow instructions
Numerical skills and attention to accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Awareness of Health & Safety
MHE experience desirable but not essential
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
Pick, check, store, and pack automotive goods manually or using RDT technology with high accuracy
Pump truck stacks of full totes and sort to the correct department
Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct quantities and types are loaded onto cages
Load and unload trailers safely and according to procedures
Report any errors, damages, or quality issues
Frequent heavy lifting
Work to standard operating procedures and company policies
Maintain high levels of Health & Safety awareness
Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations
Support colleagues and team leaders in day-to-day tasks
Undertake other reasonable duties as required
