At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative roles in Kettering, NN14 (North Northamptonshire) to work for a leading UK retailer. This role offers excellent earning potential, paid breaks, and immediate starts with opportunities for a permanent contract.
Shift Patterns:
AM Shift: 06:00-14:00 (£14.21 per hour)
PM Shift: 14:00-22:00 (£15.61 per hour)
Overtime AM Shift: £17.76 per hour
Overtime PM Shift: £19.51 per hour
12-week rota, working 5 days from 7 (including weekends), with opportunities for extra shifts
Pay Rates:
£14.21-£19.51 per hour + Paid Breaks
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions
Attention to detail
Previous warehouse or picker packer experience desirable but not essential (full training provided)
Willingness to work in a physically active role (some heavy lifting)
Ambition to grow and progress in your career
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
Order picking products using a voice-automated system (training provided)
Operating mechanically assisted equipment
Lifting and moving goods as required
Following warehouse operating procedures in line with company policy
Maintaining Health & Safety standards and reporting issues promptly
