Warehouse Operative - Picker/Packer - Portbury - Earn up to £16.18 p/h - Apply Now!
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative - Picker/Packer roles to work with a leading UK supply chain and logistics expert in Portbury (BS20 7XR). You will join a growing team, playing a key role in a chilled warehouse environment.
Shift Patterns:
Any 5 out of 7 days (weekends included, 5 shifts per week not guaranteed)
Main shift: 14:00 - 22:30
Morning shifts: 08:00 - 16:30 (only if required by the client)
Includes a 30-minute unpaid break
Pay Rates:
Basic (06:00 - 20:00): £13.40 per hour
Basic (20:00 - 06:00): £14.55 per hour
Weekend (06:00 - 20:00): £13.88 per hour
Weekend (20:00 - 06:00): £14.33 per hour
Overtime (over 40 hours): £16.18 per hour
As a Warehouse Operative - Picker/Packer you will need to have:
Ability to work in a chilled/cold environment
Team player but also able to work independently
Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Commitment to meeting targets and maintaining Health & Safety standards
Role of a Warehouse Operative - Picker/Packer:
Picking and packing orders in a chilled environment
Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
Checking and processing products from suppliers
Working efficiently and effectively to meet warehouse targets
Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety
