Job Description
JRS are delighted to be partnering with their client in Basingstoke who are seeking a Warehouse Operative to come and join their late shift on a permanent basis. This role will be working Monday – Friday 6am – 3pm.
This role is a permanent, full-time position working for a busy distribution centre offering vital support to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.

Duties to include (but not limited to):
* Receiving of goods and accurately checking for any short falls, reporting to the Stock Controller
* Picking of orders via pick ticket & palletisation of orders ready for delivery
* Replenish stock when directed from management
* Ensuring the stock is located correctly when restocking the warehouse
* Ensure the stock records and paperwork are kept up to date
* Loading of vehicles ready for delivery, ensuring goods are loaded safely
* Maintain high levels of health and safety standards
* Achieve targets set out by Team Leaders/Supervisors
* Ensure the warehouse is always kept clean and tidy
Required Skills
* Previous experience of working within a warehouse
* Ability to work alone and as part of a team
* Excellent attention to detail
* Numerate and literate with the ability to follow written detailed instructions
* Experience of using a pallet truck or T20 a distinct advantage
