Job Description
Thrive Group Shepton are working with a fast-growing cosmetics manufacturer based just outside Wells, Somerset. They are recruiting a Warehouse Operative on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities
Receiving and storing goods in an orderly and accessible manner
Picking, packing, and preparing orders for delivery
Maintaining accurate inventory records
Performing regular stock checks
Operating material handling equipment when required
Inspecting products for quality, defects, or damages
Following health & safety procedures at all times
About You
Reliable, hardworking, and organised
Able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
Able to lift and move stock safely
A strong communicator who builds positive working relationships
Counter Balance and pivot steer license advantageous but not essential.
Permanent package
Competitive hourly rate (starting rate dependent on experience, with quick progression opportunities through our training programme)
