Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Attleborough, Norfolk
Salary: £27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8:00am – 5:00pm | Friday early finish
The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and physically fit Warehouse Operative to join our client’s thriving operation in Attleborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with warehouse experience, ideally holding a Flexi forklift licence, to secure a stable and rewarding role in a well-established business.
This is a varied position where no two days are the same — from unloading containers and stock control to ensuring the smooth movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. You’ll be part of a close-knit team who work hard to keep operations running seamlessly, while enjoying the benefit of an early finish every Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely unloading and loading goods, including container work
Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting as required
Maintaining accurate stock records and carrying out regular stock checks
Picking, packing, and preparing orders
Operating warehouse equipment (Flexi truck licence highly desirable)
Upholding high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness across the warehouse
Supporting wider warehouse operations
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment
Flexi forklift licence desirable, but not essential
Physically capable and confident with heavy lifting
Excellent attention to detail with good organisational skills
A proactive, team-focused approach and strong work ethic
Must have own transport due to location and working hours
