Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Warehouse Operative to join a dynamic Operations team within a growing manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of warehouse and production activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and manage incoming supplier deliveries and returns
*
Prepare, verify, and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time
*
Optimise warehouse layout and support production line replenishment
*
Maintain clear identification of all components and organised stock levels
*
Conduct regular inventory counts and reporting
*
Adhere to health & safety standards at all times
*
Comply with company quality management procedures
*
Maintain excellent housekeeping and operational standards across the warehouse and yard
Requirements & Skills:
*
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred
*
Valid forklift license
*
Confident with IT systems, including ERP and barcode scanning technology
*
Highly organised, reliable, and detail-oriented
*
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
*
Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles, including Visual Management, Kanban, and 5S
*
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
