We’re seeking motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our client’s growing team in Gaydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established, supportive company offering great pay, steady shifts, and a positive, team-focused environment.
Location: Gaydon
Contract Type: Full-time, ongoing
Pay Rates:
£12.52 per hour
£13.52 per hour (with valid Counterbalance licence)
Overtime: £18.78 per hour Shift Pattern:
Monday to Thursday: 06:15 – 15:15
Friday: 06:15 – 11:15 (early finish!)Your Role
Line walking and general warehouse duties
Picking, packing, moving, and storing stock efficiently and accurately
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
Processing orders and handling stock with care
Communicating clearly with colleagues to meet daily targets
Supporting the wider team and contributing to a positive working environmentWhat We’re Looking For
Previous warehouse or production experience (essential)
Counterbalance certificate preferred (experience will also be considered)
Basic computer literacy and confidence using simple systems
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
