Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established family-run national haulier, seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative (Load Strapper) to join their dynamic team at the Witney Depot.
Responsibilities:
* Safely securing and strapping loads with attention to detail.
* Reporting any issues to the shift team leader promptly.
* Ensuring all curtains are closed and secured properly to maintain load integrity.
* Escorting LGV drivers to and from the Driver Safe Zone, ensuring their safety.
* Assisting with the unstrapping of paper deliveries, demonstrating teamwork and cooperation.
* Photographing completed loads once secured to ensure quality and accountability.
Skills Required:
* Physically fit to handle the demands of the job.
* Possess a strong, hard-working ethic that aligns with our company values.
* Have good organisational and time management skills to efficiently manage your tasks.
* Show good initiative and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ideally, have some previous experience with strapping loads, although training will be provided for the right candidate.

Schedule:
* Sunday: 18:00 - 06:00
* Monday to Thursday: 22:00 - 06:00 (Finishing Friday morning at 06:00)
