Warehouse Operative – National Furniture Retailer
Location: LN6 Area, Lincoln
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week (full-time)
Contract: Temp-to-Perm (immediate starts available)
About the Role
We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy distribution team in LN6. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with a leading national furniture retailer, with the potential to progress from a temporary role into a permanent position.
You will play an important part in ensuring customer orders are processed quickly, accurately, and safely.
Key Responsibilities
* Picking and packing customer orders to a high standard
* Loading and unloading deliveries
* General warehouse duties, including stock movement and housekeeping
* Following health & safety procedures at all times
About You
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable team players who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous warehouse experience preferred
* Comfortable with manual handling
* Punctual, reliable, and hardworking
* Able to work well as part of a team
Shift Pattern
* Monday to Friday
* Full-time, minimum 40 hours per week
