Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our client's established logistics centre in Lutterworth, supporting the distribution of automotive parts within a high‑performance environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a long‑term position with consistent hours and competitive pay.
The rate of pay is £13.13 per hour.
Weekly shift allowance: £53.55!
Overtime is available after working 39 hours and is paid at £19.70 per hour.
This is a full‑time role working 39 hours per week on a fixed shift pattern. The hours of work are:
- Monday to Thursday: 12:45pm - 8:45pm
- Friday: 1:00pm - 8:00pm
Due to the shift finish times and limited public transport availability, own transport is required.
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties include:
- Dispatch and out-sorting of after‑sales automotive parts
- Quality checking to ensure compliance with customer standards
- Accurate picking and handling of car parts
- Use of MHE equipment (training provided; prior experience advantageous)
