Warehouse Operative - Repair Team
Location: Livingston
Hours: Full-Time - Monday to Friday, rotating weekly between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
Pay: £12.50 per hour, rising to £13.30 after training, plus regular overtime at enhanced rates
Looking for a hands-on role with long-term stability? Join our Repair Team in Livingston as a Warehouse Operative and help us keep the supply chain moving by restoring and maintaining timber pallets.
Your Role Will Include:
Checking pallets for damage and carrying out repairs using tools and machinery
Following repair process guidelines to ensure quality
Sorting and grading pallets for reuse or recycling
Keeping your work area clean and safe
Working with your team to hit production targetsWhat You'll Need:
Experience in a warehouse, production, or repair role - or transferable skills from another environment
A good eye for detail and a strong work ethic
Physical fitness and comfort with manual handling
