Job Description
Dc Personnel are looking for a Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance Forklift Licence for our client based in Rugby, Warwickshire
Salary: £14.75 – £15.25 per hour (Depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Shift Options: 06:00 – 14:00 or 10:00 – 18:00 (37.5 hours per week)

What You’ll Do
Operate a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently to load, unload and transport goods around the warehouse
Pick and pack orders accurately to meet daily targets and customer specifications
Assist with stock control
Support the team by working collaboratively to meet operational deadlines and continuous improvement goals
Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and quality standards, including compliance with chemical handling procedures
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes
What We’re Looking For
Valid and accredited Counterbalance Forklift licence (essential)
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, preferably within chemical or similar industries (preferred)
Strong focus on safety and compliance, especially in handling hazardous materials
Reliable, punctual, and able to demonstrate a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Flexibility to work one of the available shifts (06:00–14:00 or 10:00–18:00), Monday to Friday
Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high standards of accuracy under pressure
