Job Title: Warehouse Operative
Location: Belfast
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Shifts & Pay:
* Week 1: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
* Week 2: Monday to Thursday, 1:45pm – 11:45pm
* Rotating weekly shift pattern
* Pay: £12.33 per hour + £3.00 per hour shift bonus
About the Role:
We are recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join a busy manufacturing environment. This role involves working with automated production machinery, including robotic bagging and stitching lines, to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate and monitor robotic bagging and stitching equipment.
* Carry out general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and movement of goods.
* Ensure health and safety standards are maintained at all times, including the use of required face coverings and PPE.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the working area.
* Work as part of a team to meet production and dispatch targets.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is desirable but not essential (full training will be provided).
* Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate machinery responsibly.
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
* Flexible approach to working hours.
