Job Description

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operator with a Counterbalance FLT licence looking for a new role. This is a Temp to Perm role based in Foston, Derbyshire. Working for a manufacturing company, you will be based in their Warehouse ensuring raw materials are delivered to the production line in a timely manner as well as despatching finished goods to their customers. Working Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm, offering an hourly rate of £14.94 per hour.

As a Warehouse Operator your role will involve: 
Ensure that raw and finished materials are prepared and correctly located to ensure no delays to production or despatch. 
Manage the receipt and despatch of customer issued material in line with the production plan and customer transport requirements.
Monitor and control waste cores, ensuring the off-cut area is maintained in a tidy and safe manner, ensuring the collection cage does not exceed capacity.
Monitor and remove wood waste internally within the factory and across the wider site. This will include the removal of damaged pallets from all working areas and maintaining the yard area to ensure waste does not encroach on the parking zones.
Goods-receipt of everything that comes into the factory. After gaining sufficient knowledge to correctly identify the relevant incoming materials, ensure all incoming stock is counted accurately on the day of arrival and reported to the Operations team for system receipt.

Suitable Candidate: 

Experienced Warehouse Operator from a manufacturing environment 
FLT Licence - Counterbalance 
Able to work Monday to Friday 2pm - 10pm
