Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker
Location: Atherstone
Type: Temporary to Permanent
Hours: 5pm, 7pm, 9pm start times – typical shift length 7–8 hours
Shift Pattern: 5 on / 3 off rota (includes weekends)
Pay Rates:
* £13.10/hour (before 10:00pm)
* £16.38/hour (after 10:00pm)
After 12 weeks:
* £14.56/hour (before 10:00pm)
* £18.20/hour (after 10:00pm)
Duties Include:
* Voice order picking using a LLOP (training provided)
* Pallet wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
* Loading and unloading vehicles
* General warehouse duties
About You:
This role suits candidates with experience in:
* Warehousing / Order Picking
* Chill or Ambient environments
* Dispatching, Packing, Loading
* LLOP operation
* Factory or production work
Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not essential — full training provided.
