Job Title: Warehouse Picker & Packer
Location: Sittingbourne
Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour
Shifts: 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm, Monday to Friday
About the Role
We are seeking reliable and physically capable Warehouse Picker & Packer to join a busy team during the autumn and winter peak period. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment, requiring accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack customer orders using hand-held devices.
Handle and lift boxes of varying sizes and weights safely.
Maintain speed and efficiency to meet KPIs (40-50 orders per hour once trained).
Work effectively in a busy environment to support high order volumes.
Support warehouse organisation and contribute to a positive team dynamic.Requirements
Physically able to lift heavier boxes and reach higher shelves.
Comfortable using hand-held devices for order picking.
Reliable, punctual, and able to integrate quickly with the existing team.
Able to start immediately
Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience in a fast-paced setting required
