Job Description
XCL Group are working alongside a well established manufacturing company based in Bradford who produce high quality insulation and packaging products. They are looking for a warehouse shift manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can motivate their team, manage shift performance, and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily warehouse operations
* Managing the warehouse staff, providing support and guidance where necessary
* Monitor stock levels and liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth process
* Always adhere to health and safety procedures, ensuring correct use of equipment and correct use of PPE
* Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with company standards
* Handle shift reports, accident reports, KPI tracking, and basic admin duties
The ideal candidate:
* Previous experience as a warehouse manager would be beneficial
* Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
* Excellent problem solving skills
* FLT Licence would be desirable
* Good IT skills
Hours:
Mon-Fri - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm rotating on a weekly basis
