Warehouse Shift Supervisor – Temp to Perm
Location: Barnsley, S71
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the warehouse team during your shift, ensuring efficient daily operations
Support and guide Team Leaders and operatives to meet productivity and quality targets
Oversee inbound and outbound operations, inventory accuracy, and workflow management
Deliver shift briefings, monitor KPIs, and resolve operational issues as they arise
Ensure full compliance with health & safety, quality, and site procedures
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse/logistics environment
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive performance
Confidence in decision-making and problem-solving under pressure
Good knowledge of warehouse systems, procedures, and compliance standards
