Job Description
Our Bedford based client are currently looking for a warehouse & stock lead to look after a small warehouse. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Friday 8.30 to 4.30. This will be a permanet position. The role is a new role which you can make your own as would be dealing with all aspects of the warehouse operation..
The job involves:-
* Implementing new ideas for the smooth running of the warehouse
* Using previous experience within a warehouse to make changes as and where required
* Leading procedures that may need to be made
* Also picking, packing & palletising
* Making sure there is adequate stock of each item to meet customer demand
* Must have a can do attitude towards work
* Supervisory experience would be advantageous but only managing 1 member of staff
