Looking to take ownership of a premium warehouse environment?
If you’ve got experience in art logistics, removals, interiors, or specialist transport — this is your opportunity to join the elite end of the logistics industry, working with high-value items for luxury clients.
You’ll be stepping into a well-organised, high-spec warehouse that supports fine art handling, designer furniture logistics, and international shipping. No two days are the same — and excellence is the standard.
About the Company
We’re representing a respected name in fine art, interior logistics, and international relocation, known for precision, care, and white-glove service. With a client base spanning VIP households, art galleries, interior designers and premium FF&E projects, this is an operation built on trust and top-tier delivery.
The Role:
We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, reliable, and organised Warehouse Supervisor to lead the day-to-day flow of a busy, high-spec warehouse. You’ll take pride in keeping everything running smoothly — from artwork and antiques to designer furniture and bespoke crates.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee daily warehouse operations and storage management
* Manage incoming/outgoing shipments with accuracy and care
* Supervise the safe handling of high-value, fragile items
* Lead and support junior warehouse staff and casual crew
* Coordinate closely with ops and transport teams
* Maintain warehouse cleanliness, compliance, and upkeep
* Keep accurate records of stock movements and condition checks
* Occasionally assist with local deliveries and collections
Who We’re Looking For
* Solid warehouse/operations experience (removals, interiors, or fine art is ideal)
* Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
* Comfortable with wrapping, storage, and manual handling
* Confident using job management or inventory software
* Full UK driving licence (Luton/van experience a plus)
* Forklift licence? Great — but not essentia
Why Apply?
* Join a business working with top galleries, designers, and high-net-worth clients
* Operate in a clean, structured, high-end warehouse — not your average logistics yard
* Be part of a tight-knit team where your contribution is visible and valued
* Great long-term potential in a growing, specialist sector
* Work with genuinely interesting, unique, and valuable items every day
