Warehouse Supervisor
Are you an experienced warehouse professional ready to take full ownership of operations? We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Lead / Warehouse Supervisor to manage all aspects of warehouse efficiency, layout, and productivity.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys improving systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse layout, organisation, and inventory systems
Load/unload vehicles, pick and pack orders, and ensure quality control
Operate equipment including counterbalance forklifts and pallet trucks
Manage agency staff during peak periods, including induction and performance monitoring
Support the Transport Manager with logistics & route planning
Maintain accurate records, delivery documentation, and warehouse systems
Ensure health & safety compliance and a clean, safe working environmentWhat We're Looking For:
Proven warehouse experience and ability to work independently
Counterbalance Forklift Licence (or willingness to train)
Strong organisational and communication skills
PC literacy including Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
Physical capability for manual handling tasks
A proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented approachWorking Hours & Benefits:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (flexible between 7am-6pm)
Overtime may be required during busy periods
