Warehouse Supervisor
Monday -Friday 6-2, 2-10

Their commitment to their people is clear in everything they do — and right now, they’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. They’re looking for someone with really solid FMCG warehousing experience and if that’s from within manufacturing, with knowledge of raw materials in and finished goods out, even better.
This is a very hands-on, operational role where being present on the warehouse floor is just as important as leading your team. When someone’s off, you’ll step in. When there’s a challenge, you’re on it. Our client needs someone who thrives in that kind of environment.
About the Role:
As Warehouse Supervisor, your priority is the safety of your team along with the smooth running of your shift. Your focus areas will include:
* Fostering and maintaining a Safety-First culture across the warehouse team.
* Supporting the production team with lineside/on time deliveries.
* Conducting one to ones
* Absence Management
* Holiday Management.
* Incident Investigation
* Overseeing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
* And crucially — being the kind of leader who isn’t afraid to jump in and support the team when it’s needed most.
There will be opportunities to get involved in continuous improvement projects, waste management exercises as well as bringing your own ideas to the table
What Our Client Is Looking For:
* Previous experience in a warehouse role, with some leadership experience although this can be the next step up for you..
* Hands on approach, with an operational mindset.
* Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the warehouse floor and working shoulder-to-shoulder with their team.
* A passion for safety, structure, and people development.
* Confident managing CI initiatives and familiar with SOPs and FLT operations.
