Location: Chertsey, Surrey
 💷 Salary: Starting at £34,000 per annum
 🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm · Weekends on Rotational Basis (not currently required – Usually 1 in 4)

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established freight and logistics company, for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing operation.

 This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride in maintaining high operational standards. You’ll play a key part in overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and safety at all times.

Requirements:
· 3 Years Minimum Experience in a Freight Warehouse – Supervisory Role.
· X-Ray License - Level COS.
· Forklift Licence.
· Must be Physically Fit as hands on role, leading by example building AKE’s daily
· Must be PC literate (proficient in Word, Excel & Teams)
· Must have a Driving Licence and Own Transport due to Location (no easy access to public transport).

Job Description:
· Overseeing the daily operation of the warehouse and warehouse staff to ensure shipments are handled correctly and dispatched in a timely manner.
· Unloading/loading vehicles.
· Building & wrapping pallets.
· X-raying of freight.
· Check weighing freight and updating/notifying accordingly.
· Building aircraft containers by hand (AKE’s and PMC’s) for dispatch to the airlines.
· Finalising documentation such as MAWB’s and BOL’s.
