Warehouse Supervisor - Food Production
Location: Bawnbua, Northern Ireland
Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days out of 7 (Flexible shifts)
Salary: £30,000-£33,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
We're seeking a hands-on, organised, and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations at a fast-paced food production site. Based in the heart of Northern Ireland's agri-food sector, this is a key role with an employer known for its commitment to quality, efficiency, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations across goods in/out, stock control, and dispatch.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse and hygiene operatives.
Monitor pick accuracy, order fulfilment, and productivity KPIs.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
Work closely with production, transport, and quality teams to maintain workflow.
Train new staff and deliver refresher coaching on processes and standards.
Maintain accurate records of stock movements and shift reports.
Requirements:
2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, food production, or logistics setting.
Strong understanding of stock control, WMS systems, and food hygiene compliance.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Physically fit and capable of supporting manual operations when needed.
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
