Location: BR5 3FQ (Orpington, Greater London)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
The Role
We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead operations in our fast-paced, multi-client warehouse. You'll bring strong leadership, hands-on operational experience, and a solid understanding of eCommerce fulfilment to ensure accurate and timely dispatch while meeting client-specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily warehouse operations: goods-in, storage, pick/pack, and outbound shipments.
Manage a diverse team, including rota planning, task assignment, and productivity.
Coordinate operations across multiple client accounts with unique requirements.
Improve pick accuracy, packing standards, and dispatch timelines, especially for eCommerce.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory integrity through cycle counts.
Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and account managers for smooth service delivery.
Train new staff on processes, systems, and health & safety.
Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
Strong knowledge of eCommerce fulfilment (pick/pack, courier integration, returns).
Experience in a multi-client or 3PL environment is highly desirable.
Good IT literacy and WMS/order management software experience.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
Forklift licence beneficial.
