Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Supervisor
Location: Rushden
Salary: Temp-to-Perm at £20.00/hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
The Role
ACS Staffing Solutions are working a growing plumbing merchants business (currently £30m turnover, targeting £60m) and we’re seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a team of 20 staff in their busy Rushden site.
You’ll be responsible for daily warehouse operations, performance management, and driving efficiency and safety. This role has real scope – our client is looking for someone who can take ownership and grow with the business long-term.
