Warehouse Supervisor – based in Chertsey, Surrey
£28,000 - £36,000
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy operation in Chertsey. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead a small team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and play a key part in maintaining our high standards.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting
IT Literate - in house systems and ideally excel.
Excellent attention to detail
Team player with the ability to lead and motivate 3–6 staff, alongside one other Supervisor
Aviation security training and X-ray certification would be an advantage (not essential)
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and preparing pallets
Loading and unloading aircraft containers/pallets from trucks
Shrink-wrapping pallets and containers
Building PMCs & Pags (aircraft pallets)
Promoting a safe and positive working environment
What we offer:
Salary: £28,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)
Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm
Occasional late-shift cover (shared with the other Supervisor)
Uniform provided
Free on-site parking
