Warehouse Supervisor – Warrington – £30,000
GPW Recruitment are currently recruiting a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor on behalf of a growing client based in Warrington.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong warehouse experience and a valid Reach Truck (FLT) license who’s looking to take on a supervisory role within a fast-paced environment.
The Role
As Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll manage the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. You’ll also lead a small team of operatives, keeping operations safe, organised, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
*
Oversee daily warehouse operations including goods in/out, stock control, and order dispatch
*
Operate Reach Truck FLTs to move stock safely
*
Lead and support a small warehouse team
*
Liaise with logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
*
Carry out regular stock checks and maintain accurate records
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader
*
Valid Reach Truck (FLT) License (essential)
*
Strong background in stock management and logistics
*
Confident team leadership skills
*
Good IT and communication skills
*
Experience in a technical product or construction-related warehouse (desirable)
