About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Redditch. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with health and safety standards, and leading a team to deliver excellent service levels.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and performance targets are met.
Oversee the receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.
Plan and allocate daily workloads, monitoring progress and addressing issues as they arise.
Carry out stock control and inventory checks, ensuring accuracy and availability.
Support training and development of team members, promoting a positive working environment.
Liaise with other departments, drivers, and managers to ensure efficient operations.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiency within the warehouse.
