About the Role
As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will take the lead in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling of raw materials, finished goods, and everything in between. Reporting directly to senior management, this is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop a small team of 2 stores personnel.
Coordinate goods-in, stock issuing, returns, and dispatch activities.
Maintain stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and discrepancy investigations.
Ensure the safe, organised, and efficient layout of the warehouse.
Collaborate with production, planning, and logistics teams to meet deadlines.
Operate and maintain stock control systems – Sage ERP knowledge is a big plus.
Drive process improvements to boost efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality procedures.
Operate forklift trucks safely (valid forklift licence required).
About You
Proven experience in a similar Warehouse Supervisor or Team Leader role – ideally within injection moulding or manufacturing.
Deep understanding of stock control, inventory, and material flow processes.
Hands-on ERP/stock management systems experience – Sage preferred.
Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Bendi ideal).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Highly organised with excellent problem-solving ability.
A self-starter who thrives on improving processes and driving change.
