WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR NEEDED – SWANLEY (BR8)
£28,000 – £30,000 pa | 2am – 11am | Permanent – Start ASAP
Do you have what it takes to lead a warehouse team x 2 , drive performance and hit targets?
We’re teaming up with our prestige client based in Swanley and looking for a hands‑on Warehouse Supervisor who’s ready to hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach & motivate the warehouse crew
Oversee goods in, storage, picking, packing & dispatch
Produce sharp management reports & KPIs
Get stuck in with heavy lifting when needed
Ensure safety & order in all warehouse activities
What You Need:
Proven experience supervising warehouse staff
Strong reporting / management reporting skills
Comfortable with physical work & heavy lifting
Full driving licence & your own transport
Able to work the 2am – 11am shift reliably
