Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join a team in Sunbury-on-Thames. Flexibility is essential due to the unpredictable nature of logistics.
Full time Warehouse based with core hours 9-5.30pm
Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities :
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and staff.
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate checking, weighing, and documentation.
Ensure accurate picking and packing of customer goods with 100% accuracy.
Pallet building, wrapping, and labelling as required.
Maintain up-to-date stock control and carry out regular stock takes.
Ensure a clean, organised, and compliant working environment in line with Health & Safety and ISO standards.
Work efficiently within a confined warehouse space when needed.
Respond to fast-moving freight requirements and stock movements.
Requirements:
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
Dangerous Goods handling experience (advantageous)
Strong organisational and communication skills
