Warehouse Supervisor (Evenings) - Moira
Salary: £35,000 per year + shift allowance
Hours: 4PM - Midnight (40 hrs per week) Days: Sunday-Thursday
The Role:
Our client is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their busy team in Moira on a permanent basis. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage a small team, maintain hygiene standards, ensure accurate stock handling, supervise vehicle loading, and support production and logistics teams while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise warehouse staff, including attendance, performance, and task allocation
Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards across the warehouse
Oversee stock picking, storage, and vehicle loading
Conduct regular checks and patrols to ensure efficient operations
Ensure compliance with BRC and company procedures
Support other supervisors with investigations, disciplinary, and grievance mattersRequirements:
Essential:
Previous warehouse experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance/Reach)
Computer literateDesirable:
