About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations within a busy logistics environment. You will be responsible for leading a small team, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of warehouse operatives.

Ensure all inbound and outbound goods are processed accurately.

Maintain stock control and inventory accuracy.

Monitor KPIs and performance targets.

Ensure full compliance with health & safety.
The Ideal Candidate
*
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory/team leader role.
*
Strong people management and communication skills.
*
Experience in a 3PL, FMCG, or logistics environment.
*
IT literate (WMS / Excel).
