📍 Location: Uxbridge
🕒 Shift Patterns:
Day Shift: 5 AM to 5 PM (4 on, 4 off)
Night Shift: 1 PM to 1 AM (4 on, 4 off)✨ What You'll Do:
As our Warehouse Team Leader, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while fostering a positive work environment. Your responsibilities include:
Team Management: Lead and motivate the warehouse team, delegating tasks clearly to ensure timely completion and high productivity.
Communication Management: Handle emails and internal communications, ensuring seamless coordination with logistics, procurement, and external suppliers.
Workflow optimisation: Leverage IT systems for effective inventory management and streamline warehouse processes.
Compliance Oversight: Ensure all shipments comply with safety regulations, including conducting X-ray screenings and maintaining documentation.
Health & Safety: Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for all team members.
Performance Monitoring: Generate reports to track operations and identify areas for improvement.🛠️ Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management, ideally in a supervisory role.
Proficient in warehouse management software and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information.
