We're on the lookout for a Warehouse Team Leader to take charge of the warehouse and yard environment at a busy factory on the A5 just outside of Rugby.
You'll be the go-to person for everything from goods into dispatch, making sure the team runs safely, production planning, employee reviews, stock control, raising PO's and pretty much everything else.
The end product is building materials so there is a mixture of yard and warehouse work managing a team of approx 10 direct reports.
This is a great role for someone who is easy to get along with, a natural people person and someone who has working as either a team leader or supervisor within the warehouse or yard of a factory.
What you'll need:
Warehouse leadership experience
Confident with SAP or similar systems
Strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork
CILT Level 3 & IOSH (or working towards it)This role offers you:
