Warehouse Team Leader
Manufacturing / Heavy Goods
Location: Lutterworth
Hours: Monday to Friday, (Apply online only) Mon -Fri
Salary: £37000 + 10% annual bonus
Contract Type: Permanent
Are you experienced in supervising teams within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment?
Do you prefer outdoor, physical roles working with heavy products such as concrete?
We are recruiting for a Yard Team Leader to take control of day-to-day operations at a busy manufacturing site that produces concrete building materials.
This is not your typical clean or modern warehouse role. It's a hands-on, outdoor position where you'll be moving heavy stock, keeping the yard in order, managing goods in/out and leading a small team to meet daily targets.
What we're looking for:
Experience in a manufacturing, builder's merchant, or industrial yard setting
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Team leadership or strong senior operative experience
A calm, organised approach to a busy and often dirty environment
Counterbalance forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)What you'll get:
Full-time, consistent hours with an early finish on Fridays
Long-term, stable role with potential to go permanent
