Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 2pm – 10pm
Sunday to Thursday 10pm – 6am
Job description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our client as a Warehouse Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse team to ensure that goods are efficiently and safely stored, picked, packed, and shipped in accordance with company policies and procedures. The Team Leader will manage a team of warehouse associates, coordinate tasks, and ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are met.
Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is essential for this role.

* Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of warehouse associates to achieve daily goals and KPIs.

Key responsibilities as a Warehouse Nights Leader:
* Oversee the efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
* Monitor warehouse processes such as picking, packing, inventory management, and order fulfilment.
* Ensure accurate stock levels and maintain inventory control systems to minimise errors.
* Co-ordinate order fulfilment to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements.
* Train new team members on warehouse operations, safety procedures, and equipment use.
* Provide ongoing support and development opportunities for the team to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Encourage a culture of continuous improvement, actively identifying areas for training and skill development.
* Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
