Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Moreton-on-Lugg, Herefordshire
Pay: £16.50 per hour (weekdays) | £20.41 per hour (weekends)
Shift Pattern: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Availability: Full-time including weekends
Own transport required due to the location

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy logistics operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and safety.
Leading and supporting your team to achieve and exceed operational targets.
Managing team performance through clear communication, motivation, and coaching.
Handling daily reporting, leading team calls, and solving operational issues quickly and effectively.
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role.
Strong communication and team management skills.
A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
