Job Description

Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Warehouse and Transport Administrator on behalf of our prestigious client based in the Swanley area. This is an ongoing temporary role that may become permanent for the right candidate, subject to attendance, time keeping and performance

Key responsibilities:

Fielding the daily warehouse communication traffic
Monitoring and resolving tickets on our warehouse ticket system
General admin, system cleansing, documentation and assisting witht he daily orders through the warehouse
Liasing with delivery drivers, third party couriers, customer service and sales
Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks as they come in through the day
Rapid escalation to the correct person for decisions
Handling demands from a number of departments and stakeholders across the businessAbout you:

Previous Admin experience is essential
Positive, can do attitude with strong attention to detail
Able to work well both independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual and hard workingThe hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
