Job Description
GI are recruiting for Warehouse / Yard Operative for a company based in Atherstone.
Hours:
7am-Finish
Average 8-9 hours per shift
5 days on / 3 days off
Rate:
Starting Rate £12.21 - for hours worked before 10pm
After 12 weeks £14.56 - for hours worked before 10pm
Job duties for a Warehouse / Yard Operative
Organising Pallets for the Warehouse
Dealing with returned Pallets/Goods
Using the bailer/compactor
Sorting waste goods like cardboard and packaging
Will involve occasional Yard work
Manual Lifting involved
Training Provided
Immediate starts available
Perks:
Permanent contract after 12 weeks
Company benefits upon becoming permanent
Internal training
Weekly Pay whilst on agency
Requirements:
Must have own transport to Atherstone
Be available to work weekends on a Rota
NB - This site will be relocating in March 2027 - Fixed term contracts offered
