Textiles Warper – Rotating Shifts
📍 Location: Bradford
💰 Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
🕑 Shifts: Rotating – 6am–2pm and 2pm–10pm
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-respected textiles manufacturer based in Bradford, looking to add an experienced Warper to their production team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, long-established business that continues to invest in people and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing warp beams for weaving machines in accordance with job specifications
*
Operating warping machines safely and efficiently
*
Ensuring high-quality standards and minimal material waste
*
Working closely with other production departments to maintain workflow
*
Conducting basic maintenance checks and reporting any machine issues
Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Warper in a textile or weaving environment is essential
*
Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern
*
Strong attention to detail and quality
*
A team player with a proactive attitude and good timekeeping
