£32,000–£36,000 OTE 

Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

We’re looking for a proactive, organised Warranty Administrator to provide vital support to our Service Department. Whether you’re an experienced Warranty Claims Administrator, Automotive Warranty Administrator, Service Administrator or Aftersales Administrator, this is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning team where your contribution genuinely matters.

You’ll process warranty and service contract invoices, prepare and submit manufacturer warranty claims, check repair documentation, resolve queries and maintain accurate records. You’ll also support quotations, purchase orders, customer enquiries and the smooth day-to-day running of the Service Department.

We’re looking for someone with strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail and a customer-focused approach. Experience within a main dealer environment is advantageous, but if you’re commercially minded, resilient and ready to learn, we’d love to hear from you.
