Bournemouth & Poole | £40,000 OTE | Management Training | Company Car

 Move beyond Service Advising and start building towards Aftersales Management.

 If you already work in Warranty, this gives you more to own.

 If you’re an experienced Service Advisor wondering what comes next, this could be it.

 You’ll join an established Legacy Premium Brand, working alongside Service and Aftersales Management without carrying the usual conveyor belt of your own customers.

 What you'll get

£27,000 – £32,000 basic with circa £600 around £40,000 OTE

What you'll do
Warranty administration
WIP and debtor management
Complaint handling
Aftersales KPIs
Support Service and Aftersales Management
Help improve processes and departmental performance
The previous person in the role progressed through the Emerging Managers programme, so there’s some substance behind the word “progression”.

 You’ll need either Warranty experience or a strong Service Advisor background, plus a driving licence.
