Job Title: Warranty Coordinator Job Type: Permanent, Salaried Location: Castle Bromwich Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: £29,500 Role Purpose To provide all-encompassing admin support to the operational function team and associated procedures. Main Duties and Responsibilities Daily operational process flow to achieve internal and customer set KPIs. Support with team attendance, & absence recording / reporting Use of various associated systems related to delivery of the contract. Answer, assist and/or direct incoming phone calls & emails. Being a point of contact for engineers, suppliers & retailers (via NSC) Preparation of regularly scheduled internal and customer reports. General team facilities e.g., ordering of consumables for use in daily operations. Uphold all quality, environment, and health & safety policies. Supporting any quality, environment and health & safety investigations, audits, etc. Investigating non returns debits, Raising retailer credits, Processing debit queries Manage Supplier returns issues Work with engineers, transport, suppliers, retailers and centre team. Booking test site benches Answering ROP (Return owners' property) questions, Manage ROP process Qualifications, Skills and Experience Previous administration experience Highly proficient in Excel, ability to analyse a varied range of data in different formats Experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role Ability to manage and deliver operational processes and key work streams to meet strategic objectives and drive efficiencies History of delivering management information and reports to strict schedules Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas in a range of formats Ability to work with data and produce concise reports for senior management Quick learner with the ability to work with new tool sets and offer improvement ideas Able to engage with cross-functional teams & key stakeholders across the business Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks as required, and work to tight deadlines History of following through on commitments, completing tasks from start to finish Other Information The successful applicant will be comfortable working either in an office environment or in shop floor areas supporting the management team.
